Northwest Florida Improves to 4-0 with Road Win

MONROEVILLE, Ala. – No. 22 Northwest Florida got four double-digit performances in an 80-64 win over Coastal Alabama – North on Tuesday in Monroeville. 

Jourdan Smith scored a team-best 23 points, including a trio of 3-pointers. Seth Millner scored a season-high 21 points and has now scored 16 or more in three straight games.

The Raiders improved to 4-0 on the season and have now defeated Coastal Alabama – North (0-5) in all seven meetings over the last three seasons. NWF led 35-29 at halftime before opening up a double-digit lead in early in the second half.

Shakwon Barrett added 12 points and Indrek Sunelik hit a pair of 3-pointers to chip in with 11 points.

Northwest Florida State plays the second game of its three-game road stretch on Friday with a 6 p.m. tip at Palm Beach State.
